Nordbahnstraße 4 in 13359 Berlin
We are currently refurbishing the building from 1904 with eight residential units. In addition, we have expanded the attic and so the building got more residential units. The facade has been renovated and moreover we build the construction for a totally new summer house with six residential units on around 600 square meters of living space.

In 2015, we completed the construction of office building with three floors.
Built with the highest architectural and technical level of expertise with luxurious facilities, on a total area of around 600 square meters, this building momentarily holds five companies, right in the south of Berlin with best traffic connections.
